Peninsula Kitchen
A Fishtown renovation. Kitchen was the former dining room in an estate sale . All new mechanicals were installed. Cabinets are 39" Ikea w/ built in lazy susan cabinet top and bottom shelf w/ frosted glass componets and brushed nickel hardware. All electric appliances by Ikea. Beautiful black granite countertop w/ large peninsula for counter top seating. Marble w/ glass backsplash. Kitchen then lead in to a morning room at the rear of the home.
Galley Kitchen
A Bella Vista renovation. Kitchen was from a former estate sale in poor condition, it recieved a complete gut and start from scratch. Cabinets are 42" Shaker style w/ brushed nickel hardware. Bosch appliances w/ a large Bosch hood instead of a microwave over a built in cooktop. Open stainless steel and glass shelves compliment the traditional cabinets, w/ a glass tile back splash. Carerra honed marble counter top. Oak floors finished on site.
L shaped kitchen
A Queen Village renovation. Former bank owned property in poor coindition. Kitchen had a separating wall torn down and expanded into a large dining area with a french door juliet balcony looking eastward. Cabinets are 42" oak with brushed nickel hardware. Shaw 3" wide pre-finished oak floors, Frigidare GalleryII appliances, under cabinet lighting, and glass tile backsplash. Long and beautiful light colored granite counter top.
